Connect cameras to the NVR

NVR AC power adapter is 48V 2A. Please make sure the power connect is right. Power adapter supports input from AC 110-240V.

Connect NVR to monitor

Please do not use laptop monitor or all-in-one PC as camera system monitor. TV or PC monitor would be a perfect choice.

APP Download and Installation

Please search for 'Honestview' on the App Store or Google Play, or install the backup app 'Eseecloud'. Note: For iOS devices, it requires iOS 9.0 or above. For Android, it requires Android 5.1 or above

Question:So it comes with the ethernet cables for the cameras? How long are the cables?

Yes,the Ethernet Cable for cameras is 18.2 meters (60feet).

Question:If box included is plugged into modem, can other ethernet wires already ran from modem plug into cameras? Or do they have to run from box included?

The camera can only be connected to the NVR to work, because the camera needs the NVR to provide power. The model cannot provide power to the camera.

Question:Can you select the zones/areas on each camera for motion detection?

Yes, you could select the zones/areas on each camera for motion detection; after setting system to record Motion, in System setup>> Channel setup>> Video detection, select corresponding channel of the camera, click Area edit, save setting after your selection.

Question:What happens if the temperature goes below -4F?

The standard working temperature of the camera is -4 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit; but when the camera works, it sends out heat, so it can work at a bit lower temperature.

Answer:Yes. It does.

Question:If we create an Cloud Id are we able to long in with our phone data and not wifi anywhere even if we’re not home?

You can download Eseecloud APP on your phone to view the video remotely when you are not at home.If you want to realize remote access,you have to connect the NVR to your router directly with a network cable, to make the Cloud ID of your system online.
