Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1.Shipping & Handling Charges (U.S. Orders Only)

The shipping rates below apply only to orders shipped within the United States (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii). Shipping rates may vary during promotional events.

Shipments

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability or warehouse location. Items purchased in the same order may not arrive on the same day.

Orders within the United States must be shipped to a single delivery address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

2.International Destinations

We currently serve customers in the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the destination country, product availability, and fulfillment capabilities.

Canadian orders may be fulfilled from either our U.S. warehouse or our Canadian warehouse, depending on product availability, inventory levels, and fulfillment location.

Orders fulfilled from within Canada are generally treated as domestic shipments and are not typically subject to customs duties or customs clearance procedures.

Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are considered international shipments and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or other carrier-imposed fees.

Shipping charges, delivery times, and available shipping services may vary depending on the warehouse from which your order is dispatched.

International Orders

Some orders may be shipped internationally depending on the fulfillment warehouse and destination.

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, international orders may be subject to review before shipment. We may contact customers to confirm shipping details, delivery information, import requirements, or other order-related matters before dispatching an order.

We reserve the right to place international orders on hold until the required confirmation has been received.

Orders requiring confirmation will only be processed and shipped after confirmation has been received.

Failure to respond to our confirmation request within a reasonable period may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.

Carrier Selection

The shipping method displayed during checkout is used to calculate the estimated shipping cost and does not guarantee the final carrier used for delivery.

The actual shipping carrier may vary depending on the fulfillment warehouse, destination, package size, service availability, or other logistical considerations. We will select the most appropriate carrier to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

For some international orders, the carrier displayed during checkout may differ from the carrier ultimately used for delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse are generally shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or other fees assessed by the destination country's customs authorities or shipping carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, the shipping carrier may contact you to arrange payment before final delivery.

Estimated international delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns for International Orders

Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, international orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once shipped, except where required by applicable law.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refused Shipments

If an international shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges, any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, storage fees, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the package cannot be returned to us, is abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities, or the total return-related costs exceed the value of the order, no refund may be issued.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with rerouting, returning, or reshipping the package.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to most U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses where carrier service is available.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes are generally sent via USPS Priority Mail, where applicable.

Acceptance of International Shipping Terms

For certain international orders, we may send a shipping confirmation email requesting the customer's acknowledgment of the applicable international shipping terms before dispatch.
