Answer:Yes. Otherwise, u will not be able to see over the app

Question:Can I install the system anywhere outside the US?
Answer:yes you can. My own is actually connected in the Caribbean

Question:how to factory reset, i plug hdmi into any tv any its saying no singnal and it worked fine before

If you want to restore factory setting,please right click the main interface, select System setup>System Admin>Factory setting,then click Apply>Yes>OK.

Question:When wiring those cameras as wired ethernet. do they get their power through ethernet? (poe) ?
Answer:I hard wired mine via electrical cord that was provided & use the wireless connection for viewing and storing data, so I cant answer that. Sorry... I can say they work great. Awesome images, especially using the infrared at night. Easy to go back & watch stored footage too.

Question:Can each camera has a different name? When I do try to edit, it changes the name for all 4 cameras.

Please right-click on the main interface, select System setup>Channel setup>Channel OSD(as shown in attachment),then select the channel that you want to rename and you can change it in Camera title.
