What You'll Do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, integrators, and retail partners.

- Represent the OHWOAI brand at tradeshows, industry events, and dealer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales (security, electronics, or hardware preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven personality, able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability for occasional travel.
Technical Support Specialist (Online)
What You'll Do
- Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and ticket system.
- Troubleshoot camera systems and network issues.
- Work closely with our engineering team to report and resolve product feedback.
- Deliver a friendly, timely, and professional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi setup, routers, or IP cameras.
- Good written communication skills.
