Love this system, the resolution is great. I had everything working fine for over three weeks when the HDMI port stopped working. It flashes no signal a few times for no reason and then stops completely, but the VGA still works. I contacted OHWOAI and they responded quickly. Replacing the NVR was the best option so they sent one out. Fast, efficient, no mess, great customer service!

At the price point I paid, these cameras meet my expectations. The wireless signal range is impressive, reaching over 150 feet with excellent signal quality. However, I've encountered challenges with connecting the cameras to my phone and the accompanying app. Despite these issues, I believe I can resolve them with some troubleshooting. If you're considering a purchase, I would still recommend these cameras given their affordability.

Update: I've encountered further issues with two cameras not recording footage properly, despite clear video feeds. Additionally, I continue to face difficulties with the app on my phone. Now, out of the four cameras I have, only two are recording while the other two are merely monitoring. This has been frustrating, especially considering I purchased a second security set for another property.

My first experience purchasing a NVR camera system exceeded my expectations. Setting it up was a breeze, as I encountered no issues with either the system or the cameras. The camera quality is impressive, and the night vision functionality works exceptionally well. I found the customer support to be responsive and knowledgeable; they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided helpful assistance. I wholeheartedly endorse this NVR & camera system and highly recommend it to others.

I opted for the OHWOAI system because of its compatibility with all their other cameras. Specifically, I purchased two OHWOAI PTZ cameras with optical zoom and two PTZ Solar cameras. The system boasts Onvif universal compatibility, ensuring seamless integration with any Onvif system.

All the cameras, except for the solar ones, support auto repeating, allowing for extended wireless range by relaying signals from one camera to another and back to the NVR. With continuous recording enabled on the 3 TB hard drive, even after over two weeks of usage with all 8 cameras recording, only about 17% of the hard drive space has been utilized. The video replay feature offers convenient playback options, including up to 8x fast forward and reverse, as well as AI replay, which highlights motion or person detection for efficient review of footage.

In terms of range, the solar cameras exhibit fair signal strength, despite traversing through multiple obstacles. However, unlike the other cameras, they do not support repeaters. Nevertheless, the remaining cameras perform well, utilizing auto repeaters to optimize signal paths back to the NVR. Cameras positioned 20 to 50 feet outside the house receive signals effectively, with even an inside camera in a metal shop building benefitting from the relay provided by an outside camera.

Installation required some effort, including setting up new outlets for power cables and drilling holes under windows for cable management. Despite the initial setup time, the system integration with my TV via HDMI allows for convenient monitoring, while remote access via computer or cell phone offers flexibility and peace of mind.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the OHWOAI System and am planning to order another system for my farm buildings located a quarter mile away. The PTZ cameras offer convenient surveillance options, eliminating the need for physical presence. With reliable customer support, evidenced by prompt responses to my inquiries before and after purchase, OHWOAI has proven to be a dependable choice for my security needs.

Upon plugging in the NVR, it emits a noise akin to a plane taking off, and it takes a frustratingly long two days to receive an email response. We are now on our fourth attempt at troubleshooting, a process that has been exacerbated by the fact that all the cameras are already mounted, adding to the inconvenience. As a follow-up, it has been over a month since our initial contact, and the parts they sent have proven ineffective. Currently, I am awaiting a new hard drive (for which I paid extra), hoping that it will resolve the issue. After this experience, I have no intention of dealing with these incompetent individuals again.
