I mounted it on my garage to view my driveway. Installation is very easy. I have several cameras like this so I already have the app installed on my phone, but if you don't have the app you can easily install it on your phone. I drilled a hole in the garage siding and provided power to the camera, then I simply screwed the camera to the side of the garage and was done. It has a cool feature that detects cars, people, or pets, so I set it up so that only cars will sound the alarm. I noticed that passing cars on the street would activate the motion alert, but then I used the app to narrow the detection area to lanes, so now it only sounds the alert when a car pulls into my lane. I set the schedule to only remind at night and plan to set the schedule to 27/7 when I'm away. This camera is meant for outdoor use, so it's weatherproof, but I'm curious how it will perform in the winter.

I'm really impressed with the picture quality of these cameras, and I appreciate the inclusion of the two-way talk and siren functions. While the siren may not be as loud as I'd prefer, it still serves its purpose well enough to deter intruders or attract attention.

Despite owning other cameras like Bluram and OHWOAI, I can't overlook the quality and features of these cameras. One standout feature is the ability to produce colored recordings at night when enabled.

Installation is very simple. Since there are a lot of trees and tree shadows on my asphalt driveway on sunny days, the camera recognizes windy day shadows as motion even on low settings and also detects my little welcome flag on Moving in the wind. The response time when turning on the lights at night is not very timely. That's why this camera isn't very practical for me. The zoom feature lacks picture clarity. You can't turn on the lights in the app, which is helpful because the front-facing camera's motion detection can't see you at a certain angle.

What I like about the OHWOAI W7 outdoor camera compared to the Galayou outdoor camera I bought 7 months ago is that it is smaller, it doesn't change my time zone or skip recording at night, and it picks up my All alerts. With both cameras mounted in the same location, the internet bandwidth is low, but the W7 still does its job. However, the W7's power cord is already connected, while the Galayou's is detachable. You can set alarm ranges, save 4 camera locations you want, install a 128 GB SD card for recording, and there is a very loud siren that you can use to alert you if unwanted guests decide to ignore the location They light. There are more options, such as sensitivity levels and adjustment levels for the sound.
